The Faculty & Staff Bio Listings content type formats an image to display on the left hand side of the page with corresponding text to the right as shown below.

Using the "Faculty & Staff Bio Listings" content type / template
When you open the "Faculty & Staff Bio Listings" content type you will be presented with several fields that can be used as seen below. Please note that you do not have to fill in all of these fields. Fields that are not used will simply not show up on the live web page.
Name (required field): The name you give this content type item. This is only seen in the back end of the system.
Image: The image that is displayed on the left-hand side of the screen. The best image for this space has a portrait orientation (higher than it is wide) with a width of around 280 pixels (4 inches at 72 dpi - dots per inch).
Person Name (required field): The name of the person.
Department: The department they work in.
Additional Department: A second department if they work in more than one.
Title: The person's title. This drop-down box is an approved list created by the university.
Additional Title: The person's additional title.
Phone: A phone number the person can be reached at.
Office: The person's office location.
Email address: An email address the person can be reached at.
SMU CV URL: The web address URL of the person SMUcv / Faculty 180 website.
Additional Text: An area where additional information can be added about the person.
