Did you know that 75% of mental illnesses have their onset by age 24 and young people age 15-24 are most likely to experience mental health issues? The demand for counselling sessions on campus increases on average 10% year over year so the Saint Mary's students are certainly no exception! We strive to build a caring campus community where everyone plays a role in supporting student mental health and we hope the information contained here is beneficial in that process.
