Agenda Committee

  • The Agenda Committee shall be the steering committee for Senate’s business, and its responsibilities shall be as listed in the By-Laws of Senate 2.4.
  • The Agenda for meetings of Senate shall be drawn up according to the Senate Order of Business, By-Law 2.5.
  • Notices of Motion shall be governed by the By-Laws under this heading, By-Law 2.6.
  • The composition of this committee shall be as follows:
    1. Three elected members of Senate, one of whom shall chair the committee;
    2. One student senator appointed by the Students’ Association.
    3. The Secretary of Senate (secretary).
