Furniture Requests

Facilities Management accepts furniture requests. Please submit a request using the form below. Once your request is received, a project facilitator will contact you.

If your request is due to health and safety concerns, before placing your order, please contact the OHS Office at 5658. The HR Officer (OHS & Wellness) will perform a preliminary ergonomic assessment of your work space.
