Please note that this Camp isn't suitable for Goalies.

10 hours of on-ice training minimum
On Ice Sessions - Focus on technical skating instruction, without and with puck
Off-ice hockey and multi-sport activities
Interactive classroom teaching

On-ice sessions - five skills component, competing situations and small area games
Off-ice hockey and multi-sport activities
Daily Goaltender Instruction

Defensive Camp On-ice sessions – Position Specific Training: Lateral and Backwards skating, Situational Passing, Shooting from the Point, and Defending.
