Brandon Legacy

Since graduating from the University of New Brunswick in 2014, Brandon has been working in the financial industry and quickly learned “how few people were financially secure and how little planning they had done for their financial goals.” His long-term plan is to improve the state of financial literacy in Canada. “Ideally, I would like to provide the average citizen with the resources necessary to empower them in their financial decision-making”.  

Brandon is proud and grateful to be among the first recipients of the new Sobey MBA Scholarships. He particularly appreciates the privilege of being able to focus on contributing to his community, rather than on the financial stresses that can come with returning to school. 

“I plan to make the most of this gift and promise to work hard… so that I can accomplish great results that will allow me to have a meaningful impact across the country.”
