Yi Zheng BComm’12, CPA, CMA, CFA, CAIA

Yi Zheng studied for two years at Beijing Normal University Zhuhai Campus in China and transferred to Saint Mary’s to complete her degree. Today, she lives in Halifax and works as a Senior Investment Associate with the HRM Pension Plan and sits on the Board of Directors of CFA Society CFA Society Atlantic Canada.  
 
“I am from a lower middleclass family in China and my parents used their life savings to pay for my education at SMU. This generous scholarship made life much easier for me and my family. It was a great motivation to me mentally as well. I feel so motivated and blessed.
