Achieving Balance in Life & Employment (ABLE) Program
The ABLE Project is a 3-year project funded by the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC) to examine the effectiveness of a program aimed to help employees balance their work and life responsibilities and manage stress.
The Project team consists of a multidisciplinary group of researchers and business and community leaders.
