The 2020 Summer Job Fair will be held on Wednesday, February 5th, from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm in the Loyola Conference Hall at Saint Mary’s University campus.
Employers are invited to arrive at 10:00 am for booth set up. Student assistants will be onsite to assist exhibitors with set up, tear down, and other logistics throughout the day.
We recommend that you park in the Inglis street "Day & Display" parking lot. Bring cash, credit or debit to pay for the parking.
Employers will receive their booth assignment upon arrival. Each employer booth will be set up according to the following specifications:
- 8' high x 10' wide white back wall
- 2 - 3' high white sidewalls
- 1 - 6' long x 2' wide x 30" high white skirts around table, 2 chairs included
- Power connection
