Post Jobs & Events

Career360° is your online career management system, making recruiting Saint Mary’s students effortless. Here you can post jobs, view application packages and, book space to host your on-campus recruitment events, and book interviews with applicants. 


How do I register?

  1. Go to career360.smu.ca
  2. Click ‘Employers & Community Partners’ on the top navigation bar, then select ‘Registration’
  3. Complete all fields of the registration form
  4. Under 'Division Information', if your organization does not have divisions please enter ‘Head Office’

*NOTE: If you previously held an account on HireSMU, all of your information has been transferred to Career360° and you will not need to make a new account. However, to access your new account you simply have to reset your password. In addition, once you login into Career360° please review your profile to ensure your information is accurate. Please be sure to agree to receive our emails and system notifications – this is essential for having applications emailed to you directly. 

How do I login?

  3. Enter your email address and password
