Self-Service Banner

Services for Faculty, Staff & Students

Self-Service Banner lets students register for courses, access exam schedules, and view transcripts and grades. Employees can use it to access their payroll information, job history, and tax forms.

To access Banner, you will require your login information: your A# and Self-Service PIN. Find out more about getting your #A number and PIN.

Use Self-Service Banner to:

  • Fill out surveys
  • Alter your contact information
  • Change emergency contacts
  • Add or drop classes
  • View class and exam schedules
  • Get your registration history and status
  • View student records:
  • Review your employee benefits and deductions, job and pay history and tax forms

Upgrades and Applications

If you are a staff or faculty member and you require new or changed Self-Service Banner functions, or a new computer for your office or lab, contact the Help Desk.

INB Banner

Internet Native Banner (INB) is used by Saint Mary's University administrative staff only. If you need access to INB, please fill out the Banner Account Creation/Modification Form and submit it to the Help Desk.
