Books – Special Collections

The library's Special Collections are located in the Archives. These include a variety of different materials separated from the main stacks due to their age, fragility, or size, or because they serve a specific research interest.

All Special Collections material may be used within the Archives, but they cannot be removed and do not circulate. Certain material may not be available for photocopying due to its fragile nature.

The archival copies of University Theses are also kept in the Archives. Like the Special Collections books, they are non-ciculating. They have an "ARCV" call number rather than a "SPCOLL" call number. They can also be found in Novanet.

All items in Special Collections are available through Novanet.
